VUST Refund Policy

This policy explains when VUST may consider refunds or manual fixes for digital AI services, passes, and crystal-based one-off actions.
1. Digital product nature
VUST provides digital access to AI tools, Telegram bots, web tools, passes, subscriptions, and crystal-based one-off actions. Once an AI result or digital access is delivered, the service is generally considered used.
This policy does not promise automatic refunds. Some payment platforms may apply their own rules, time limits, review process, or restrictions.
2. Payment rails
- Telegram Stars purchases are processed through Telegram's payment surfaces and may be subject to Telegram's platform rules.
- Tribute purchases are processed through Tribute and may be subject to Tribute's payment and dispute rules.
- VUST may use payment status from these providers to grant passes, subscriptions, crystals, or tool access.
- VUST does not collect full card numbers through its own website.
3. Products covered
- Founder Pass, Core, Pro, and other duration-based passes.
- Crystal packs and internal credits where available.
- One-off AI tool actions paid with crystals or another supported method.
- Telegram-native and web-based digital service access.
4. Cases where VUST may consider a refund or manual correction
- Duplicate charge for the same product or entitlement.
- Payment completed but entitlement, pass, or crystals were not granted.
- Technical failure where no AI result, access, or usable digital benefit was delivered.
- Clear billing mismatch between the product shown at checkout and the product granted.
- Refund or correction required by applicable law or payment-platform rules.
VUST may resolve an issue by granting the missing entitlement, restoring crystals, retrying delivery, or issuing a refund where technically and commercially available.
5. Cases normally not refundable
- Delivered AI result after a paid or crystal-based action.
- User changed their mind after using a pass, subscription, crystal pack, or generated result.
- Quality preference, tone preference, or subjective dissatisfaction unless VUST separately approves an exception.
- User submitted the wrong text, file, prompt, URL, image, account, or settings.
- Loss of access caused by losing or changing a Telegram account outside VUST control.
- Third-party platform limitations after digital access was granted.
6. Founder Pass, Core, and Pro
Duration-based passes grant access for the stated period once activated. If activation fails after a completed payment, contact support. If the pass was granted and used, it is normally not refundable.
7. Crystals and one-off actions
Crystals are for eligible one-off actions. If a tool fails before delivering a result, VUST may leave crystals unused, restore crystals, retry the action, or handle the case manually depending on the tool and ledger state.
If a result was delivered, the crystal action is normally considered used.
8. How to request help
Contact @vustbot with the product name, approximate payment time, Telegram account used, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment card numbers or raw payment credentials.
VUST may ask for additional information needed to locate the transaction. Payment identifiers, when needed, should be shared only through support and not posted publicly.
