Pass and Balance — questions
- What is the difference between a Pass and Balance?
- A Pass is 30-day access to a scope of work — global (Core, Pro, Max) or one tool (a Tool Pass). Balance is stored money for one-off actions and overage. Buying a Pass never tops up Balance, and Balance does not renew a Pass.
- Can Balance be charged without asking me?
- No. If an action is not covered by your Pass, VUST shows its exact Balance price and asks for confirmation before charging. Balance is never used for renewals either.
- Where do Core, Pro and Max work?
- Across supported VUST tools. Each tool lists what its plan covers; a Tool Pass works only in its one tool.
- How many actions does a Pass include?
- A Pass is fair-use access for its period, not a fixed bundle of actions, so no fixed number is promised. Anything a Pass does not cover stays available at its exact Balance price after your confirmation.
- How do I cancel renewal?
- Card subscriptions are cancelled in Tribute; Stars subscriptions in Telegram or in the bot’s Pass management. Access always stays until the end of the paid period.
- Why does Telegram show a Stars amount next to the price?
- Stars are one exact payment rail. The Stars amount is the exact checkout charge, not an exchange rate, and it is never credited to Balance.
