VUST Custom Solutions

AI systems built around the way your business actually works.

VUST designs, builds, integrates, and stabilizes bounded AI systems for one operating workflow at a time — with named integrations, an explicit human-approval boundary, visible usage economics, and an operational handoff. We run our own AI tools in production on web and Telegram; your project is built with the same discipline.

One workflow · One owner · One KPI · Explicit human approval

Operating run — support intake example

Illustrative workflow

  1. Current processRequests land in inbox and chat; operators re-type the same answers
  2. Architecture & integrationsSystems, data sources, and channels are named and mapped
  3. Bounded AI stepThe model drafts from approved sources only — nothing else
  4. Human approvalAn operator reviews and sends; edge cases escalate
  5. Operating resultA structured case lands in your system of record
  6. MonitoringUsage, cost, and failures are logged and reviewed

The model is one step. The system is the product.

03 · What VUST delivers

Five solution types. One delivery discipline.

Every engagement is bounded: a named workflow, real integrations, an approval boundary, and an acceptance matrix agreed before implementation.

Conversational AI Systems

Support and intake assistants that answer from approved sources, qualify requests, and hand structured cases to your team.

Buyer
Head of support, operations lead, agency or service company
Example
Web support assistant with approved answer sources and human ticket handoff
First step
Discovery, then a one-channel support MVP

Bounded AI Agents & Workflow Automation

Multi-step workflows with explicit tools, finite authority, human checkpoints, and repeatable recovery — not autonomous employees.

Buyer
COO, operations director, department head with a recurring process
Example
Weekly reporting agent that collects from named APIs and waits for approval before sending
First step
Discovery & architecture for one workflow

AI System Audit, Stabilization & Rescue

Evidence-led audit of an AI system that is unreliable, expensive, or stuck — reproducible failures, risk-ranked findings, a stabilization plan.

Buyer
Founder, CTO, or product owner with a partially built system
Example
Rescue audit for a workflow with duplicate actions and uncontrolled provider cost
First step
Fixed-time audit & architecture package

Custom Integrations & Web Tools

API integrations, webhooks, scheduled scripts, and scoped internal web tools that connect the systems your team already uses.

Buyer
Operations, product, or a founder with a specific system gap
Example
Validated data movement between two named systems, with observable jobs
First step
Integration-readiness discovery or one bounded automation

Marketplace Intelligence

Review analysis, price monitoring, and structured reports for supported marketplace sources — scheduled collection with human review.

Buyer
Marketplace seller, ecommerce operator, category manager, agency
Example
Price and review monitoring for one product set on one supported marketplace
First step
One marketplace, one report type, a fixed monitoring window

Later capabilities — delivered today only as scoped custom work

  • Knowledge & RAG SystemsVUST can scope and build retrieval-backed assistants; ingestion, permissions, and evaluation are custom scope, not a ready platform.
  • Generative Media SystemsHuman-reviewed image workflows are supported; production video remains discovery territory.
  • HR WorkflowsAssistive document and screening workflows only; employment decisions always stay with people.

04 · Illustrative project scopes

What a bounded first release looks like.

Three example scopes, drawn from workflows VUST operates in its own products. They are illustrations of shape and boundary — not client case studies.

Support & Lead Qualification System

Illustrative project — not a client case

Routine questions get grounded answers; real opportunities become structured, qualified cases in front of your team — instead of a shared inbox nobody owns.

Buyer
Agency, service company, or support-heavy team
Entry
Web chat or Telegram entry — one primary channel first
Integrations
CRM or operator handoff, scoped as a custom integration
Human gate
Operators approve escalations; the assistant never closes a deal
Output

  6. Usage & monitoringVolume, cost, and failure review

Marketplace Monitoring & Intelligence

Illustrative project — not a client case

Prices, reviews, and competitor changes for a defined product set are collected on schedule and turned into alerts and reports a person can act on.

Buyer
Marketplace seller, brand, or category manager
Entry
Scheduled collection from supported marketplace sources
Integrations
Supported source adapters; report delivery to your channel
Human gate
A person reviews signals before pricing or catalog action
Output
Alerts on thresholds; structured recurring report
First step

  3. StructuringProduct matching, themes, deltas
  4. AlertsThreshold-based, deduplicated
  5. ReportRecurring, structured, delivered to your channel
  6. Human reviewDecisions stay with your team

Recurring Research, Documents & Reporting

Illustrative project — not a client case

The weekly grind of collecting, extracting, and summarizing becomes a scheduled workflow that drafts the report and waits for a person to approve it.

Buyer
Operations, analytics, or a professional firm
Entry
Named sources and document inputs on a schedule
Integrations
Source APIs and delivery destination, scoped per system
Human gate
The report ships only after named-person approval
Output

05 · Build, integrate, or rescue

Three ways a project starts.

Path A

Build a new system

One workflow that people run by hand today becomes a bounded system: integrations, an AI step, approval, output, monitoring.

Starts with: Discovery & architecture

Describe the workflow

Path B

Integrate into an existing process

Your systems stay. VUST adds the missing connection, automation, or AI step — after an access and contract audit of each named system.

Starts with: Integration-readiness discovery

Name the systems

Path C

Audit & rescue an implementation

A system exists but is unreliable, expensive, or unobservable. Fixed-time, read-first audit; risk-ranked findings; a stabilization plan you can act on.

Starts with: Emergency audit — read access first

Describe the incident

06 · Delivery model

Commitment grows only with evidence.

Every stage ends in an artifact you keep and a decision you own — continue, change course, or stop.

  1. Discovery & Architecture

Is the workflow worth and ready to build? Exit: evidence pack, architecture, MVP boundary, go/no-go.

  2. Focused MVP

One workflow, one KPI, one or two real integrations, one approval boundary. Exit: accepted workflow, pilot evidence.

  3. Production Implementation

Auth, data handling, observability, rollback. Exit: production release, runbook, named ownership.

  4. Scale & Integration

More workflows, channels, roles, or sources — each addition scoped with its own failure cases.

  5. Managed Operations

Contracted monitoring, cost review, and improvement allowance after handoff — when agreed, not by default.

You can stop at any gate · Timing starts when access, decisions, and prerequisites are complete

07 · Pricing and scope

Priced from scope, stated plainly.

Every proposal starts from the minimum eligible scope and always separates professional fees from variable costs. Entry pricing for discovery and a focused MVP is stated in the scoping conversation and fixed in your proposal.

Engagement

Discovery & architecture

Entry engagement · exact price in your proposal

Engagement

Focused MVP

Priced after discovery

One bounded workflow, one primary channel, one or two real integrations, human approval, monitoring, acceptance matrix, handoff.

Engagement

Production implementation

Priced after discovery

Production auth and roles, data handling, integrations, observability, deployment and rollback, operating handoff.

Recurring

Managed operations

Priced after discovery

Monitoring review, incident triage in agreed coverage, cost and provider review, reporting, a fixed improvement allowance.

What every proposal excludes

  • Taxes, where applicable
  • Provider and model usage
  • Hosting

09 · FAQ

Clear before the contract.

Buying & delivery

What is the smallest useful first engagement?

Discovery & architecture: a workflow map, baseline and KPI, systems and data map, risks, architecture, and a go/no-go recommendation. Entry pricing is stated in the proposal. For an existing troubled system, a fixed-time audit is the entry instead.

Can you work with our existing prototype?

Yes — that is the audit and stabilization path: read-first evidence collection, reproducible failures where feasible, risk-ranked findings, and a repair plan approved as separate scope.

How long does a project take?

No calendar promise before discovery. Timing starts once access, decisions, and prerequisites are complete; discovery defines the stages and what can pause the clock.

Is this the same as VUST White Label?

No. White Label launches a separate customer-facing product under your brand on VUST infrastructure. Custom Solutions designs, builds, or stabilizes a system inside your own business workflow.

Technology & data

Which channels and integrations are supported?

Web applications, Telegram, server APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs are evidenced in VUST's own products. WhatsApp, Slack, email, CRM, and helpdesk connections are custom integrations, scoped after an access and policy audit.

Where does human approval remain?

Agent authority is finite and written down. Money, hiring, publication, and other high-impact or irreversible actions keep explicit human approval — that boundary is part of the acceptance matrix.

How is our data handled?

Sources, lawful basis, roles, and retention are named at discovery. The public brief never asks for secrets, credentials, or raw records, and operational logs are designed to exclude personal data.

Do you have a ready RAG platform?

No. VUST can scope and build a retrieval-backed assistant — ingestion, permissions, retrieval quality, evaluation, and deletion are custom scope, proven with an evaluation set before production.

Operations & ownership

Who owns the code, accounts, and data?

Ownership is written into each proposal. You own your accounts, data, and customer process. Source-code transfer is not the default — it is scoped and priced explicitly when required.

How do provider and hosting costs work?

They are separate from professional fees, metered, and attributed — you see the usage. Estimates are labeled as estimates, and the proposal states who pays which line.

What happens after launch?

Either an operational handoff — runbook, monitoring, named owner on your side — or contracted managed operations with agreed coverage, reporting, and an improvement allowance. 24/7 support is never implied by default.
