Does VUST sell access to the OpenAI API?
No. You do not receive an API key, endpoint, OpenAI tokens, developer console or a right to connect VUST to your application. This is an end-user Telegram chat.
Do I need an OpenAI account?
No, but you do need a Telegram account. The request is executed by VUST's server-side infrastructure; it is not a login to your OpenAI account.
Which GPT options are available?
The current VUST model catalog always shows the available names and access tiers. The bot confirms the selected model before a run; if it is temporarily unavailable, the run fails visibly and nothing is charged — send the request again. VUST does not silently answer with a different model.
Can I start without a bank card?
The Free tier does not require a card. For paid top-ups VUST accepts Payment with the exact price shown first already available in Telegram; completing payment inside Telegram may require a payment method supported by Telegram for your account.
Is this a way around OpenAI regional restrictions?
No. This page does not provide guidance for bypassing geographic, payment or contractual restrictions. If you need the official OpenAI API, use it only in a supported country and under OpenAI's terms.
