Email Thread Summary
Turn a Long Email Chain Into the Next Actions You Can Verify.
Paste a thread to get context, timeline, explicit decisions, action items, and open questions. The contract is intentionally conservative: VUST does not invent an owner, deadline, approval, or decision that the emails do not state.

Based on the pasted thread
A proposal is not a decision, and silence is not an owner
The email mode uses five fixed sections so the next action stays inspectable. It preserves uncertainty such as “pending” or “to confirm” and says when the chain contains no explicit decision or open question. Review the original thread before acting on a commercial, legal, or high-stakes item.
Not the same as inbox sync or task automation.
In short
Turn the thread into a reviewable checklist.
The useful output is not a shorter paragraph. It separates what happened, what was actually decided, what someone explicitly owns, and what still needs an answer.
- Best for
- Project updates, supplier conversations, handoffs, and long back-and-forth threads.
- Not ideal for
- Threads with missing context, private credentials, or decisions that require legal review.
- Fails when
- The source is contradictory or never names a responsible person. Keep the uncertainty visible and ask the thread owner.
