No. This mode works on the text you paste into the summarizer. It does not access an inbox, sync mail, or send replies.
Will it assign an owner or deadline?
Only when the email chain explicitly names one. A proposal, tentative date, or implied responsibility remains uncertain rather than being presented as a settled commitment.
What does the output include?
Context, timeline, explicit decisions, action items, and open questions. When a category is not supported by the pasted chain, the output says so instead of filling the gap with a guess.
What is this not ideal for?
