Is using a grammar checker like Grammarly cheating at university?

How does it decide which engine corrects my text?
It routes by detected language. DeepL Write handles English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese; Russian goes to a GPT-4o-mini pass because LanguageTool's Russian rules miss agreement and punctuation; and Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, Dutch and other rule-rich languages go to LanguageTool. You don't pick — the bot detects the language and sends it to whichever engine corrects it best.
