Every extraction — merchant, date, total, category — is AI-read and should be verified for anything that needs to be exact. It's a running personal total, not a filed accounting record.
No approval workflow, no accounting sync
There's no employer in the loop, so there's no reimbursement chain and no QuickBooks/Xero-style sync — /export gives a plain CSV instead.
Photos and line items not stored
Receipt photos and itemized purchases aren't retained after extraction; only the summary total, merchant, date and category persist for /month and /export.
