Remote work reshaped how teams collaborate. Tools like Slack and Notion replaced hallway conversations, but async communication brought its own challenges — timezone gaps, context loss, and meeting fatigue.

This study examines the correlation between sleep duration and academic performance among undergraduate students. Data was collected from 340 participants over two semesters. Results indicate that students averaging fewer than six hours of sleep scored 12% lower on cumulative assessments.

Just shipped the redesign. Three months of iteration, two complete pivots, and one very long Friday night. The before/after still surprises me.
